RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing, designing, and executing an innovative visual merchandising strategy.
• Crafting visually appealing displays that guide customers throughout the store.
• Creating window displays, interior layouts, floor plans, and promotional exhibits.
• Aligning actions with the organization’s culture, products, brand image, and target audience.
• Updating displays to showcase new product launches and reflect seasonal or festive themes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience working as a Visual Merchandiser.
• Demonstrable expertise in visual design.
• Extensive background in field visual merchandising, encompassing window displays,  interior setups, and spatial utilization.
• Familiarity with current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
• Strong creativity and innovation in thinking.
• Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey findings.
