RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulating business strategies to expand the customer base, increase store foot traffic, and maximize profitability.
• Achieving sales objectives by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding service.
• Maintaining excellent store conditions and upholding visual merchandising standards.
• Providing reports on purchasing trends, customer preferences, and profits.
• Presenting innovative ideas to boost market share.
• Addressing all staff or customer issues, including complaints and grievances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a retail Store Manager.
• Strong leadership abilities and business orientation.
• Customer management skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
