We are searching for a retail sales consultant to guide new, and potential clients, with the aim of generating sales. The retail sales consultant advises these individuals about existing offerings, paying special attention to the products that seem best suited to clients’ needs. If you have exceptional organizational and verbal communication skills and knowledge of luxury products we would love to welcome you to our company’s journey.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Being the brand ambassador in the boutique, elevating the brands desirability, focused on features & benefits,
• Building and engaging high-end clientele,
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems,
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs by upselling and cross-selling luxury products.
• Contributing to the overall success of the sales team by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Participating in product training and stay ahead of industry trends and advancements,
• Assisting in maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays in perfect appearance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Operate with discipline, focus on results, follow through on priorities and be accountable,
• Excellent communication skills and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge of the luxury environment and products,
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and time management skills,
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high personal & visual merchandising standards,
• Urge to grow through collaboration, respect, and development of self and others.
