ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an ERP Administrator who will be responsible for managing the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, which integrates various functions across an organization into one complete system to streamline processes and information across the entire organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementing, configuring, and maintaining Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to meet organizational needs and ensure system efficiency.
•  Resolving ERP system issues, including software errors, user access problems, and functionality glitches.
• Customizing and modifying ERP system modules according to user requirements and business processes to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
• Develop and enforce data integrity and security policies within the ERP system to protect sensitive information and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Train and support end-users on the effective use of the ERP system, including creating user manuals and conducting training sessions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience as an ERP Administrator or similar role.
• Blend of technical skills and an understanding of the organization’s business processes.
• Experience serving in a System Administrator role for ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and problem solve when faced with multiple input sources.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
