As the Chief Accountant, you’ll showcase your strong management abilities and expertise in various accounting practices, both personal and corporate. This includes supervising payroll, taxes, and ensuring precise accounting services for our clients consistently. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervising the entire accounting team and providing necessary training to maintain their skills.
• Conducting tax interviews with clients, gather required documents, and reviewing income tax returns for accuracy.
• Overseeing state and federal payroll tax processing.
• Proactively addressing compliance issues and ensuring adherence to regulations.
• Developing tax consultation and onboarding procedures for new clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in Accounting or a related field.
• Quickbooks ProAdvisor certification is essential.
• Proficiency in financial statements, and Microsoft Office.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in handling phone and email communications.
• Capable of thriving in a deadline-driven atmosphere and motivating the team effectively.
