We are looking for an effective Warehouse Supervisor to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision.
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Setting up the layout and ensuring efficient space utilization.
• Adhering to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
• Managing stock control and reconciling with data storage system.
• Planning work schedules, assigning tasks appropriately and appraising results.
• Coaching and motivating employees.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
