RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gaining an in-depth understanding of each team’s commercial operations, challenges, objectives, and daily tasks; enhancing their efficiency and productivity through CRM administration.
• Offering system administration support, particularly regarding user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
• Developing, managing, and refining complex workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Analyzing data to generate insights into each team’s operations, effectiveness, and productivity.
• Collaborating closely with other teams to capture and define business requirements for CRM implementation.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and support materials.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience in CRM Administration.
• Demonstrated ability to administer and configure CRM systems, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and permissions.
• Proficiency in automating business processes, creating reports and dashboards, and conducting data analysis.
• Experience collaborating directly with commercial, financial, and data teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
