We are looking for a Retail sales supervisor to oversee all aspects of the assigned store’s retail operations and manage the team of 40+ retail staff and 12 boutiques in Greece. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing Employees: Participating in recruiting, interviewing, and training employees to work in retail stores. Provide regular employee evaluations, promotions, and wage increases for those who excel at their jobs.
• Analyzing Sales Reports and Strategies: Analyze daily sales reports to evaluate fast- and slow- moving items, in addition to discerning profit margins for each item.
• Design marketing and sales strategies and present them to upper management.
• Monitoring Operations: Coordinate staff work schedules to ensure all shifts are covered. Also monitor employees’ occupational health, turnover, and job satisfaction, through regular store visits and quarterly 360 reviews.
• Managing Inventory: Maintain inventory areas and order new items as needed. This includes creating regular inventory reports and writing purchase plans for upcoming seasons to make suggestions about items that should be stocked in stores.
• Retail strategy: Responsible for store opening and closing follow-up
• Communicating with Sales Department: Regularly communicate with brand managers, regarding sales reports, marketing campaigns, and day-to-day store operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in marketing, business, retail merchandising, or a similar field of study.
• In-depth knowledge in retail management and luxury goods.
• Management and leadership skills
• Customer service, Communication, Time management and organizational skills.
