We are looking for a Commercial operations assistant to be responsible for maximizing the number of sales points for the brands according to the company’s strategy and for assisting the management in order to keep the business running smoothly . RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sampling of brands (in collaboration with Brand Managers)
- Order monitoring (in collaboration with Brand Managers)
- Entry of repeat orders (re-orders) (in collaboration with Brand Managers)
- Monitoring inventory levels and regular sampling checks of the Warehouse (in collaboration with Supply and Warehouse)
- Internal movements to stores and wholesale distributions (with Commercial Director)
- Sales analysis and proposals for actions to improve sales and inventory
- Developing a new customer base
- Monitoring competition
- Collaboration with other departments of the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as an Commercial Operations Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb organizational abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
